• What is the "Grand Ballroom"?

  The Grand Ballroom is a full-service event venue that can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 400 people for a myriad of events including; weddings, corporate meetings, family reunions, fundraisers, social gatherings and more.

  It also features a large private pre-function area with built-in bar & registration desk and is adorned with a covered wraparound deck & picturesque gazebo overlooking the Pemigewasset river and breathtaking White Mountains.

• What is the style of the venue?

  The feel of the ballroom is “classical elegance” featuring well-appointed chandeliers, wall sconces, blackout draperies and expansive windows showcased around the perimeter of the ballroom allowing for the natural light and the beauty of the White Mountains to shine in.

• Can the venue accommodate audio visual presentations & multiple events at once?

  The ballroom will not only be elegant, but exceptionally functional as well for corporate meetings and event planners.  The room features built-in electrical floor outlets throughout and airwalls that will allow the venue to be sectioned off into three smaller function rooms, a state of the art surround sound system, a 135 inch motorized dropdown projection screen and state of the art projector.  Wi-Fi is also available throughout the event venue as well as a variety of audio visual equipment rentals.

• How large is the venue?

  Event venue square footages are as follows: 

  • Ballroom: 5510 sq. ft 
  • Ballroom prefunction: 3300 sq. feet
  • Outdoor deck: 2600 sq. ft
  • Catering kitchen: 2500 sq. ft
