Commons Cleaner - 2nd Shift
We are looking for a Common Area Cleaner to take care of our public spaces and to carry out cleaning duties throughout the resort. The goal is to keep our 5 star resort in a clean and orderly condition at all times. Hours are 2p-10:30p
Responsibilities
-
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned

perform special cleaning projects as needed or assigned

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Use various floor cleaning equipment as needed (scrubbers, extractors etc.)

Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire.

Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills

Proven working experience as a custodian/cleaner

Front Desk Associate – PM Shift
Seeking detail-oriented employees with positive attitudes who have customer service, organizational and computer skills. These are year round positions with lots of great benefits and employee perks. Excellent opportunity to join a growing Resort with future opportunities for professional growth.

HOUSEKEEPERS
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bed and bathrooms, in accordance with Riverwalk specifications in a timely manner.
Inspect rooms for safety hazards and for the operating condition of equipment, report any issues to Executive Housekeeper.
Provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities in a positive and helpful manner.
Pay: $14 - $16 per hour plus benefits and incentives

Laundry Attendant
To account for and organize all linens which are received. To wash, dry, fold and put away and in-house laundry.
Look for stains, tears, and damage to linens – process accordingly. Store clean linens in the appropriate areas in linen closets.
Ensure that enough linen is available to start the next day’s housekeeping shift. Ensure that laundry and linen rooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
Pay: From $15 per hour plus benefits and incentives

Commons Cleaner
To clean and maintain all resort public and owner spaces as well as event spaces at the resort.
Cleans and maintains public spaces including lobby, public bathrooms, pool room area and changing rooms, guest laundry rooms and locker room areas. Cleans event venue spaces and pre-function areas. Assist in stocking supplies in custodial workspaces and closets. Vacuum/sweep all stairways, landings, and hallways daily or by established schedule.
Pay: From $15 per hour plus benefits and incentives

Maintenance Engineer
Performs regular and emergency repairs and maintenance throughout assigned facility area’s including, but not limited to, clearing clogged drains, replacing faucet washers, replacing toilet seats, repairing door hardware, replacing light bulbs/receptacles, replacing ceiling tiles and repairing other equipment. Performs routine preventive maintenance and/or inspection tasks as assigned.
Pay: From $16 per hour plus benefits and incentives

Bellmen
The bell person is primarily responsible for welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as bidding them farewell. The bell person is escorting guests to and from their accommodations, orienting them with the features of the property and their accommodations, assisting the guest in any way to make them feel more comfortable in accordance with the Resort Standards of Excellence. Full time and part time available.
Pay: From $15 per hour plus gratuities, benefits, and incentives

Reservations Coordinator
This is a unique full time position that works closely with several departments including the Owner Services, Group Sales and the Front Desk . The person in this role will assist in booking owner reservations, charging fees, interacting face to face with owners during the check in process and supporting the Owner Services manager with some owner communications, locker assignments and onboarding. Additional responsibilities will include third party bookings, group blocks and yielding space to maximize availability and revenues.
One year of hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Pay: From $17 per hour plus benefits, and incentives

Director of Dining & Events
Responsible for coordinating and directing all front of the house operations for the new Rhythm Tap & Grille restaurant and new Grand Ballroom at RiverWalk. He/she will oversee the hiring, training and supervising of all dining room staff, bar and banquet staff while helping maintain a profitable operation with high end quality products and service levels. Looking for a high energy individual with food & beverage management experience who is not afraid to jump in and do whatever is needed to ensure an extraordinary experience for all guests.
Pay: Salary compensations based upon experience

Bar Supervisor & Bartenders
Great opportunity for anyone looking to work in a brand new indoor/outdoor bar setting. Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, nonalcoholic beverages & food to patrons as well as overseeing the stock of liquor and bar supplies.
Pay: From $11 per hour plus gratuities

Hostess/Host
Responsible for welcoming all guests to the restaurant, getting them seated in a timely manner and bidding them a fond farewell at the end of their dining experience. Additional responsibilities include assisting the dining room staff as needed and ensuring all new patrons are properly attended do shortly after they are seated.

Servers (Restaurant & On-Call Banquets)
The role of our Rhythm servers and banquet staff is to wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible to ensure they have an extraordinary experience. A positive attitude and smile is all that is needed. We will be happy to teach you the rest if needed.
Pay: Restaurant servers $4 per hour plus gratuities, benefits, and incentives

Sous Chef
This position is involved in all aspects of food production & preparation for lunch and dinner service as well as banquet functions. He/she will work closely with the Head Chef and assist with the preparation and service of “all” food related items, any special requests, dietary needs and allergies throughout each meal period. Prior management experience is a plus.
Pay: $23 – 25 per hour plus benefits and incentives
