FRONT DESK ASSOCIATES - FULL TIME - 2ND SHIFT
Seeking detail-oriented employees with positive attitudes who have customer service, organizational and computer skills. These are year round positions with lots of great benefits and employee perks. Excellent opportunity to join a growing Resort with future opportunities for professional growth.
Experience: One year Front Desk preferred, but not necessary.
Pay: $15 - $17 per hour with benefits.

Facilities Maintenance Lead (Supervisory Position) - Full Time - Day shift
Supports the Engineering department by ensuring facility maintenance functions, grounds, and all mechanical equipment, systems and spaces throughout the facility are properly maintained, assign work orders and maintain work order system. Assist other engineers in daily tasks as well as oversight of some project work. Other tasks as assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the general direction of the Chief Facilities Manager and the direct supervision of the Assistant Chief Engineer and within established policies and procedures, the incumbent performs the following functions:
Essential Functions:
- Performs basic building maintenance
- Pool Maintenance
- Preventative Maintenance
- Snow removal
- Other maintenance related tasks as assigned
- Oversight of projects and team members
- Oversight of CMMS work order system
- other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic electrical, carpentry, painting, facility maintenance experience preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years in building maintenance or similar position. Pool maintenance. CPO Certification preferred but will certify.
Pay: $17 - $20 per hour with benefits.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - FULL TIME - 1ST SHIFT
Supports the Engineering department by maintaining facility, grounds, and all mechanical equipment, systems and spaces throughout the facility.

HOUSEKEEPERS - FULL TIME & PART TIME
These are highly respected, full-time and part-time, year-round housekeeping positions. We offer excellent working conditions and a wide range of benefits such as personal and holiday pay accrual starting after 60 days and insurance eligibility after 90 days, 1 week vacation after a year of employment. Candidates should have cleaning experience in hospitality or retail setting, able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent customer service skills is a must. Groundskeeper / Landscaper - Part Time
Primarily responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the grounds around the resort including pool area, back yard area, front yard, curbside and roadway. Responsible for the beautification of lawns, flower beds and plantings, weeding, trees, shrubs and other hardscapes.
Duties will include but not limited to mowing lawns, pruning, weeding, watering, trimming, edging, planting and bed preparation.
Use and knowledge of hand tools and power tools required such as trimmers, push and walk behind mowers, blowers, etc.
Prior experience desired, but willing to train the right candidate. Must be dependable, detail orientated and take pride in your work.
