Important information - What you need to know

Step 1 - Pre-Event Checklist

Review availability and pricing located on the virtual inventory board below.

Discuss any further questions or needs with your assigned Riverwalk Real Estate Representative.

Prepare by selecting your top three choices for inventory purposes. If purchasing fractionally, please take into consideration that occupancy is based on a rotating calendar, which ensures equitable access.

The order of selection for all participants will be provided by 5 pm on Tuesday before the event.

Step 2 - The Day of the Event

The Sales Event kicks off at 9 am with each participant having the opportunity to select their residence within their assigned window of time.

As the day progresses, the inventory board will be updated as deposits are provided. Simply refresh your device to ensure you are seeing the availability of our inventory in real-time.

Day of Purchase - $10,000 Deposit taken for all purchases.
The deposit to secure your residence can be provided via credit card, wire transfer or check.

Step 3 - Post-Event Information

All contracts will be processed the week following the event.

You will first receive an email including a draft of your Purchase and Sales Agreement for review. This email will come from kim@riverwalkatloon.com (Kim S. Currell, Sales Operations Manager)

Your completed packet will be sent for final signatures and we request that all the appropriate documents be returned within ten days of receipt.
