How will the event work?
Registration opening & closing windows will be announced in advance for each event via email & listed on this page.
All reservations will be time-stamped/dated, then placed in order of selection, based on ownership type (whole or one-sixth fractional).
All participants will be notified of their status, order of selection and time slot within 48 hours of the close of registration.
Each participant will be called within their pre-assigned window the day of the event. At that time, a deposit will be provided, securing your future residence at RiverWalk.

How many reservations are available for the event?
This event will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants.

How will I know if I am included in the event?
Upon registering for the event, each entry will be time stamped, so that we can fairly determine who is eligible to participate. Each reservation request will receive a confirmation email for the event or notification of placement on the waiting list.
All participants will be notified of their status, order of selection and time slot within 48 hours of the close of registration.

How will the order in which we select our residence be determined?
Upon registering for the event, you will select which type of ownership you would like to reserve and selection will take place in the following order.

Current Owners purchasing whole ownership

Friends and Family of current Owners purchasing whole ownership

Non-Owners purchasing whole ownership

Current Owners purchasing one-sixth fractional ownership

Friends and Family of current Owners purchasing one-sixth fractional ownership

Non-Owners purchasing one-sixth fractional ownership
All participants will be notified of their assigned time, based on the order of registration and their assignment to the fore-mentioned categories.

What if I miss the event but I still want to purchase?
Sales Events will be announced at regular intervals and limited to 20 participants for each event.
All those that are waitlisted, will be pre-registered for the next Sales Event and will select their future residence based on the same priority access outlined for this event.
Additional events may be added in late 2024.

What information will I have access to prior to and during the event?
Live and updated information can be found by selecting a particular residence on the virtual inventory board. This includes floorplans, pricing and availability for both fractional and whole ownership.

What is included with my HOA fees?
One of the greatest benefits of whole or fractional ownership at RiverWalk, is the simplicity. Many of the additional costs and responsibilities associated with traditional vacation home ownership are included in your HOA fees, such as:
- Taxes
- Insurance
- Electricity
- Gas
- Trash removal
- Telephone
- Internet
- Cable television
- Grounds, landscaping & snow removal
- HVAC
- ...and much more
This makes the true cost of ownership predictable and affordable and also saves the time and headache of unexpected repairs, maintenance and separate billing. Our goal is to do everything we can to provide a hassle-free experience, allowing you to truly enjoy your second home in the White Mountains.

Will there be an option to purchase outside of the event?
Not at this time. Event-based sales allows for the most transparent sales experience and when done virtually, allows you to move at your pace leading up to the event. We understand what ownership truly means to everyone. This process allows us time to work together and to make sure we get just the right fit for you today and for years to come.

What will be required for a deposit on the day of the event?
Currently, we collect a $10k deposit, with any remaining funds due at closing.
The deposit to secure your residence can be provided via credit card, wire transfer or check.

Will there be an opportunity to negotiate pricing?
For this event, we have taken away the need to negotiate. Every participant in this event will be given the same opportunities and pricing.

I am a RiverWalk owner and I wish to purchase again. How will that work?
Due to our lending requirements, we have to treat your new purchase and your current residence as two separate transactions. You will still have the same benefits of your current ownership and have the flexibility to place your current ownership for sale, if/when you so desire. Please bear in mind that all of our owners have different goals and needs. Please consult the RiverWalk Real Estate Team for the best guidance, as it pertains to you.

What if I am declined for financing? Will you refund my deposit?
If you are declined for financing, we will refund 100% of your deposit.
