Being an owner at the RiverWalk Resort means you have lots of special perks and even your own fan club! Well, maybe not quite a fan club, but the staff will know you by name. All owners have dedicated RiverWalk staff available to assist you in making the most of your time on and off property. We’re here for you and all your needs.

Located just off the main lobby next to Solstice North Day Spa is the RiverWalk Owner Services Office. Our friendly and dedicated staff is trained to know the "ins and outs" of ownership at RiverWalk Resort and can help guide you to effortless vacations and residence. They can help you in a variety of needs, including things like adding your suite to the rental program, booking some "space available" or wondering how you log onto your very own owner portal. Whatever you need, we are here and dedicated to assisting you.

Common questions that we get from our owners:

  • How do I check to see if my suite was rented?
  • How do we pay our maintenance fees?
  • Can I exchange my week for a week at another resort?
  • What are the ownership benefits and how can we take advantage of them?
